Michelle is an Infant lead teacher at Montgomery Montessori School. Prior to joining the school, she was a toddler teacher at Elizabeth Academy, an Inclusive Montessori School located in Salt Lake City Utah. During her time at Elizabeth Academy, she managed student daily activities, organized class lessons and supported student development. Prior to Elizabeth Academy, she worked as an assistant teacher with infant, toddlers and preschool aged students at Montessori Community School in Utah.
Michelle was introduced to Montessori teaching when her daughters attended a Montessori school. As a mother and a teacher, she embraces Montessori principal because its focus on child deployment, meeting the needs of each student, and allowing students to follow their own path.
Currently, Michelle is pursuing her CGMS Infant/Toddler certification (The Center for Guided Montessori Studies) and expects to complete her study in 2024.
Michelle resides in Princeton with her husband and two daughters. She loves nature and outdoor activities. She also enjoys baking, photography, and traveling. She is excited to continue her Montessori journey at Montgomery Montessori school.
